Next AGM – June 15, 2019

Please be advised that the annual general meeting of the South End Road Association (SERA) is Saturday, June 15 at Ken and Laurie Bracken residence on Gold Pointe Road.  This is past the green gate at the southern most point of the Poplar Bay Road. Signs are posted.

The agenda includes the receipt of the financial statements and discussion of road maintenance and capital spending for 2019.

Property owners are welcome to attend and hear more, ask questions and enjoy mixing with your neighbors with a common purpose – a long-term sustainable road for all our individual property owners.

Meeting starts at 11 a.m. in the most important meeting hall in the region – the Bracken garage!

2017 SERA AGM Update

The 2017 road program is in development now with both the contributions of the Obashkaandagaang First Nation and the WBCA. Stay tuned for further information.

SERA’s annual general meeting is tentatively planned for Saturday, Sept. 30 2017. Location to be announced.
